Getting your smart-neckmassager.com order delivered for free is simple! Free standard delivery is applied automatically (no promotion code necessary) when your order subtotal meets our minimum order requirement or when we have a promotion.
2— Do I need to have an account to order?
No. You do not need to open an account to place an order. When you are ready to place your order, simply opt to check out as a guest.
3— What about duties and taxes?
We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.
4—When will I receive my items?
All orders ship out within about 7-10 business days following the purchase date. Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays. 5—How do I track my order status?
Please be aware we've temporarily extended our delivery time frames. We use UPS and USPS as our shipping services (depending on your location) If you'd like to track your order, you can receive up-to-the-minute information on its status by clicking the link button below.
6— Will my payment information be secure?
Yes your payment is 100% secured. When you buy online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to the network of our payment service provider, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We also offer payments via PayPal, to secure your virtual transactions as much as possible.
7—What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
8—Can I return my product?
Yes you can! Our 100% satisfied customer policy allows you to return your product within 30 days of the purchase, return costs will however be paid by the customer and must include a tracking number.
If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But do not worry, drop us an email and we can work on a solution.
9— I didn't receive my product, what can I do?
Do not worried, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will return the money to you or ship it again.
10— Where is my refund?
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within four business days.
